Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
This website is operated by County Florist. You can reach us on 07740 080073 or through our contact page. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
An order is accepted once payment has been taken and you have received confirmation. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a delivery address falls outside our delivery area.
3. Flowers and substitutions
Our bouquets are made by hand from fresh, seasonal flowers, so the arrangement you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. Where a specific flower is unavailable we may substitute a bloom of equal or greater value, keeping to the style and colour palette of the bouquet shown.
4. Delivery
We deliver across London. Orders placed before 2 PM are eligible for same day delivery, subject to availability. Delivery is free on orders over £75. We are not able to guarantee a specific delivery time, and we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or where nobody is available to receive the flowers.
5. Cancellations and returns
Fresh flowers are perishable goods. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, which includes fresh flowers. This does not affect your legal rights if goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph and we will put it right, by replacement or refund.
6. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our systems. Your payment is also subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.
7. Vending machines
Our flower vending machines in South Hampstead and Kensington are available 24 hours a day and accept contactless payment. Purchases made at a vending machine are subject to these same terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
